The North West Regional Drug & Alcohol Task Force (NWRDATF) extends sincere thanks to our partners across the NWRDATF team, HSE Social Inclusion, Sligo BIDS, ATU Sligo, Code Blue, and the security teams for their continued support.
On February 17th the NWRDATF launched a new initiative featuring specially designed beer mats and drink toppers, supported by Maeve’s Bar and The Snug Bar in Sligo. This marks the second evening of a year‑long pilot programme aimed at promoting a safer night‑time economy and reducing harm on nights out.
The beer mats are designed to raise awareness of Task Force–funded projects and HSE services. Each mat includes a QR code that links directly to the NWRDATF website, providing quick access to information and signposting for anyone seeking support.
