About the NWRDATF
The Task Force in the North West was set up to “significantly reduce the harm caused to individuals and society by the by the misuse of drugs through concentrated focus on supply reduction, prevention, treatment and research.”
The region includes, Sligo, Leitrim, Donegal and West Cavan and was set up under the National Drug Strategy 2001-2008.
